The current release
A place for your next step
One web experience for your plans, practices, health, and people. Open Today, find the next useful action, and keep the rest within reach.
- Improved /Today now puts the next action first, with schedule context and daily practices close by. Tasks, projects, notes, goals, and the deeper planning tools share the same navigation and controls.
- Improved /People brings the original conversation beside the follow-up. Capture what happened, review the proposed details, correct a match, and return to the promise you made.
- Improved /Growth leads with today's practices, then makes room for the plan, progress, metrics, and reflections behind them.
- Improved /Schedule shows the current or next block, usable openings, and overlapping plans. Calendar brings the next commitment forward. Routines can start or resume directly from the library, with their checklists and history intact.
- Improved /Health, Orion, settings, and secondary modules use the unified interface across desktop, tablet, and phone. Existing records and older links are preserved.
- New /A rebuilt public site with real native product captures, platform guides, a clear Free and Pro explanation, and download information that reflects current availability.
- Improved /Web signup no longer requires an invite code. Contact and deletion pages offer a real support route, with clearer account, privacy, and platform information.
- Fixed /Routine-created tasks use the local day, overlapping blocks no longer inflate planned time, and an in-progress routine resumes without creating a second run.

Growth, one practice at a time
A home for what you want to improve, with the work for today in front and the longer plan behind it.
- New /Growth areas for fitness, sleep, nutrition, focus, skills, and habits. Each area holds an objective, a plan, repeating actions, metrics, and reflections.
- New /Daily practices, completion history, consistency, streaks, and a 12-week view of the work you recorded.
- New /Draft an area with AI, import a plan from text or a PDF, and review a coach check-in before making adjustments.
- New /Longer growth systems can carry a minimum viable day, rough-day adjustments, and weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews. Imported plans keep their linked areas and history.
